About WPManageNinja
WPManageNinja is the company behind Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, and the wider Fluent Suite of WordPress plugins, now powering more than 1.25 million live websites. Mohammad Shahjahan, known across the WordPress community as Shahjahan Jewel, founded the company in 2015 out of Dhaka, building it around problems he had already lived through running his own web development agency.
What started as a way to fix his own agency's recurring headaches has grown into a product line used by more than 750,000 businesses worldwide.
From Agency Work to Product Ideas
Mohammad Shahjahan started programming in 2008 and moved into WordPress development around 2010, building sites mainly for nonprofits, banks, and small businesses through his own agency. That client work is what exposed him to the gaps WordPress left open for smaller businesses that couldn't afford custom development for every problem they ran into.
WPManageNinja was actually his second company, built specifically to turn those recurring client problems into products rather than billable hours. Where the agency traded time for money one client at a time, a product could be built once and sold to thousands of small businesses facing the exact same limitations he had spent years working around by hand.
Solving the Same Problem Repeatedly
Rather than build another agency, Mohammad Shahjahan set out to build plugins that could solve the recurring problems he kept seeing across client projects, aimed specifically at small and medium-sized businesses that WordPress's existing plugin ecosystem wasn't serving well.
That focus has shaped everything WPManageNinja has built since: tools that are affordable and practical, built around the actual pain points of running a small business website rather than technical novelty for its own sake.
Building the Fluent Suite
WPManageNinja's product lineup grew into what's now known as the Fluent Suite, anchored by Fluent Forms, one of the most-installed form builders in the WordPress plugin directory. FluentCRM, Ninja Tables, Fluent Support, and FluentSMTP rounded out the lineup as the company kept adding tools aimed at the same small-business audience.
One of the more telling stories about how Mohammad Shahjahan builds products is FluentCRM's origin: when WPManageNinja needed to notify its own customers about plugin updates and promotions, the team started out using Mailchimp, but every campaign meant manual CSV exports and imports to keep customer data in sync. Rather than keep patching around that friction, the team built its own internal tool to handle it, which eventually became FluentCRM, now sold as a standalone product to other WordPress businesses facing the same problem.
Scaling Past a Million Websites
Today WPManageNinja employs more than 115 people, and Mohammad Shahjahan has continued expanding the company's footprint in the WordPress hosting and infrastructure space, more recently joining xCloud as a partner. He remains a regular presence at WordPress events, including WordCamp Dhaka, where he speaks about product development, marketing automation, and the practical realities of running a WordPress SaaS business.
More than a decade into building for WordPress, his stated goal hasn't changed much from where he started: stepping into the shoes of small business owners, identifying where they get stuck, and closing the gap between where they are and where they're trying to get to.
A Company Built One Problem at a Time
That approach is consistent with how WPManageNinja actually grew, one real problem at a time rather than a single grand plan, and it's part of why the company's Glassdoor reviews highlight career growth and a collaborative culture as strongly as they do. Employees who have reviewed the company anonymously give near-unanimous approval to Mohammad Shahjahan's leadership, a detail that tracks with a founder who still frames the company's mission in terms of the small businesses it serves rather than the size it has reached.
It's a modest way to describe a company that now touches over a million websites, but it's held up well enough to keep WPManageNinja among the more consistently recommended WordPress product companies to come out of Dhaka.
Products
WPManageNinja's product lineup, known collectively as the Fluent Suite, covers forms, CRM, tables, support, and email delivery for WordPress sites.
Fluent Forms is a WordPress form builder used to create contact forms, surveys, and payment forms without writing code.
FluentCRM is an email marketing and CRM plugin built directly into WordPress, letting businesses manage customer data and campaigns without exporting to a separate platform.
Fluent Support is a WordPress-native help desk plugin for managing customer support tickets from inside the WordPress dashboard.
FluentSMTP is a plugin that improves WordPress email deliverability by connecting sites directly to trusted email-sending services.
Together, the Fluent Suite's four core products cover most of what a small or medium-sized business needs to run forms, customer relationships, support, and email delivery from a single WordPress installation, all built and supported by a team working out of Dhaka.
